Return & Exchange Policy
At ManiMaya, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
A reverse logistics fee of ₹99 per order will be applicable for exchanges.
The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and successfully inspected by our quality team.
Only one exchange request per order will be allowed.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
3. Non-Acceptance Conditions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The product is used, damaged, or altered.
Tags or original packaging are missing.
Freebies received with the order are not returned.
The request is raised after 7 days from delivery.
4. Defective / Wrong / Missing Product
Any complaint regarding defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
An unboxing video recorded from the beginning without cuts is mandatory for claim verification.
Claims without a clear unboxing video will not be processed.
Upon verification, the customer will receive either:
A replacement product, or
A store credit / gift card
(Cash refunds will not be provided in such cases.)
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway processing timelines.
